2020 Preliminary Solstice Festival Schedule of Events

Welcome party at the Rest Lake Park Pavilion. Register, pick up your swag bag, meet other riders and enjoy appetizers and drinks on the porch.

Sunset Night Ride at Rest Lake Park. Bike lights will be given to all participants in the night ride, enjoy the new Mercer/Manitowish Loop. Return to Rest Lake Park for music, games, bonfire and s'mores.

The festival really gets into gear on Saturday with both fun rides and road rides. This year the road rides including a 14-mile Short Ride, 29-mile Cranberry Ride, 50-mile Half Century Ride and 100-mile full Century Ride. The 29, 50 and 100 mile road rides begin at the Manitowish Waters Community Center on Hwy 51 and run along beautiful, well-marked courses with rest stops and support. The new 14-mile Short Ride will begin at Koller park with a rest stop located at the North Lakeland School. The traditional Fun Ride will also begin at Koller Park and includes rest stops and activities at the Discovery Center, Camp Jorn YMCA and North Lakeland School. All rides end at Koller Park for a post ride meal and celebration

After the rides drop by Koller Park from Noon to 4pm for – live music, food, beverages, activities and raffle.

Friday, June 19

5pm : Kick-Off at Rest Lake Park

Saturday, June 20

7am : Century Ride (100 miles)*

9am : Half Century Ride (50 miles)*

10am : Fun Ride (up to 12 miles)*

11 am : Cranberry Ride  (29 miles)*

11:30 am : Short Ride  (14 miles)*

Noon - 4pm : Post Ride Party At Koller Park – live music, food, beverages, activities and raffle.

Fun Ride begins at Koller Park. All other rides begin at the Manitowish Waters Community Center.

Fun Ride includes stops and activities at North Lakeland Discovery Center, Camp Jorn and North Lakeland Elementary School.

Rest stops in Presque Isle, Boulder Junction, Star Lake, Sayner and St. Germain. Water, food and restrooms available. Well-marked course and road support.

*Registration one hour prior to each ride.
*Century, Half-Century and Cranberry – Register at Town Hall.
*Fun Ride – Register at Koller Park.
